THE FACTORY

ORFA Textiles has specialized in production of t-shirts, polos, shirts, dresses, boxershorts, sweatshirts and everything inbetween. We make everything from basic cuts to advanced fashion silhouettes.

Thanks to our flexible working principle and wide product range, we can produce most of the collections. In collaboration with our sourcing team in Istanbul, we’re also able to include the best subcontractors for those special needs and thereby deliver advanced collections, meeting the highest standards.

The core business of ORFA Textiles is production of textile products such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, tops ,blouse etc. The company is located in Istanbul and Ordu and benefits from Turkish long history of textile production and to ensure high quality and fast deliveries to European clients.

In addition European clients can easily come visit the facilities and overlook production progress which has proven to be highly appreciated.

Price is at all times an important factor, but our concept is not to battle far-east producers on price. We have very reasonable price points, and ORAFATextiles core competency is to focus on quality products, reliable deliveries and productions conducted with high ethical and moral standards.

Orfa Textiles works with 300 employees in a 4000 square meter factory and produces everything in-house from samples to delivery

The concept is to let specialists do what they do best. Elements like prints and embroideries are done by subcontractors in order to ensure the best possible finish, color management and high capacity. Most other elements are done in-house: Developing molds for styles, cutting garments, sewing, confection, washing, quality control and packaging.

Sample and collection development is a huge part of modern clothing businesses which is why ORFA Textiles has a whole department solely dedicated to developing samples and securing in-time production. This also includes a whole line in the cutting and sewing areas booked exclusively for sample production.
